The Office of Academic Affairs and Registration held a training program “Personnel Development to Drive the University to the International Level (Continuing Activities) in Chinese and English” (English) on June 6-7, 2024, from 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on the 1st floor of Building 5. Miss Manussawee Puatrakul, Instructor of Broadcasting and Streaming Media Program, and Miss Araya Sangmahachai, Instructor of Digital Business Program, honoured this activity by serving as training speakers on Applying English to Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs, which have 17 goals and 169 targets. The SDGs can be grouped based on factors associated with five dimensions (5P):
1. People: Goals 1 to 5
2. Planet: Goals 7 to 11
3. Prosperity: Goals 6 and Goals 12 to 15
4. Peace: Goals 16
5. Partnership: Goals 17

Then, the participants were divided into groups to do group activities by practicing their wits and imagination and their knowledge by acting in various roles according to the given questions, communicating from the person at the back of the line to the person at the front using gestures and hinting with short and long English words, testing the participant’s consciousness and body movement, agility, observation, and mental strength in the Beehive game, and doing a listening test in BSRU-TEP.

The development of various skills in this training program gives rise to ideas for developing the Office of Academic Affairs and Registration towards the Sustainable Development Goals that can bring the ideas of each group together to provide services and sustainable operations. In addition, various activities help personnel to be more courageous in expressing themselves, speaking English, and developing their English listening skills in the office.
