The Office of Academic Affairs and Registration of Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University held “Service Mind,” a training program to improve personnel skills to provide excellent service, on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at the 5th floor, Building 7. Dr. Jompon Jeebpinyo, a psychology trainer specializing in mindset, thinking, communication, and leadership, honoured this activity by serving as a training speaker on attitude adjustment for service providers and coping with toxic person, which identified two types of mindsets: Inward Mindset, People who are highly focused on themselves and only concern themselves with their personal goals. These types of people perceive others as impediments to be overcome, as tools to be utilized, or as air that meaningless, which is comparing them to RED and 2. Outward Mindset, these are people who possess a high level of self-awareness and a clear understanding of their group’s goals. This type of people perceives others as fellow human beings, values them, and upholds honour, thereby categorizing them into soft and hard groups and comparing them to blue.

                Soft                                      |               Hard

            Reasonable                                |         Unreasonable

            Maintain                                    |         Enhance

Fair / By the rules                       |         Patronize / Privilege
