On Monday, 9 May 2022, 13.00 – 16.00 hrs., Bansomdetchaopraya Rajabhat University organized a workshop entitled Monitoring of Implementation of the Rajabhat University Strategic Project for Local Development, Fiscal Year 2022, to clarify the guidelines for supervision and follow-up of the operating results, supervising and monitoring the use of budgets through real-time systems, creating project databases with information systems and prepare to report the performance to the inspectorate, etc., with Prof. Dr. Linda Kenma, Chancellor, presiding over the opening of the meeting, together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Chonlada Pongpatanayothi, Vice-Chancellor, giving a lecture on the guidelines for supervision and follow-up of the results of operations for the fiscal year 2022, Dr. Surin Phol-Ngam, Director of the Computer Bureau, giving a lecture on monitoring the use of budgets through real-time system, Asst. Prof. Dr. Amonnat Chotikijnusorn giving a lecture on preparation of project database with information system, Asst. Prof. Dr. Nuengruethai Ekathamatat, Assistant to the Chancellor, giving a lecture on an approach for preparation of the performance report to the Inspectorate, Dr. Sutipporn Chotiratanasak, Vice-Chancellor, giving a lecture on budget monitoring and guidelines for presenting the performance report, and the Dean / Director / Person in charge of the project Attended the meeting at meeting room 141, Building 1, 4th floor. In this regards, the participants jointly analyzed, reviewed and reported on the use of budgets through the real-time system of the University to prepare the operating results report to Inspectorate
